Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us via email at macandweavebychar@hotmail.com.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the handmade, small batch and small group nature of both the product and workshop side of our business we are unable to accept returns or refund requests.

If you wish to cancel a workshop booking, a refund will only be provided should we be able to fill your space and the cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance of your workshop date.
